Architectural and Interior Design Technicians – Williams Burton Leopardi
Williams Burton Leopardi are seeking exceptional architectural and interior design technicians with at least three years of experience in working drawings to join our studio.
Based in Adelaide, WBL has an exciting pipeline of projects and we're on the lookout for dedicated documenters who are passionate about meticulously capturing and resolving complex architectural and interior details to work with our design teams. Your technical expertise, precision, and accuracy will be a valued contribution, pivotal to the continued success of our award-winning studio. Positions:
Architectural Technician / Documenter (3-5 yrs exp., immediate start)
Interior Technician / Documenter (3-5 yrs exp., immediate start)
Skill set:
Expertise in developing comprehensive documentation for high-end and multi-residential projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure seamless design-construction integration
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes to meet project deadlines, budgets, and client expectations
Ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively
Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred
